Description
For sale is a vintage ladies’ Cartier Vendôme 18k yellow gold manual wind wristwatch from circa the 1970s. The watch does not have the original box or papers and is being sold as watch only. It is currently fitted on a non-Cartier two-piece leather strap with a gold-colored (non-18k) buckle, but also comes with its original Cartier blue two-piece strap and original gold-plated Cartier clasp. The original strap and clasp are not currently fitted due to their poor condition.
The watch is in decent overall condition for its age, with noticeable imperfections throughout. The case has scratches and scuffs. The original blue Cartier strap is in poor condition from years of use, and the Cartier clasp shows scratches, scuffs, and some wear to the gold plating.
Sizing: The case measures approximately 26 mm in diameter, 22.5 mm lug-to-lug, 12 mm lug width, and 7.2 mm thick.
