Yes, we do not charge more if a watch is more valuable.

Yes, all clocks except electric (w/power cord), Atmos & Anniversary.

Can you give an estimate or value evaluation over the phone?

No, we must see the item in person.

Do you work on Rolex?

Yes, we work on all Rolex models. (See Services, for more info)

Do you sell watches in shop?

Yes, we sell watches in our store and online, vintage, new and modern pre-owned.

How often should I service my watch?

Most watches need to be serviced every 3-5 years depending on how much it is used.

What is your typical turnaround time on average?

Some small repairs are done on the spot. Service and restorations take 3-5 days for walk-in clients and 10-14 days for jobs mailed in.

Do you buy watches?

Yes, but interested in good quality watches.

Do you make house calls?

Yes, only for grandfather/grandmother clocks.

Do you repair jewelry?

No, we do not, however, we can refer you to a reputable jeweler.

Do you repair replica watches?

No, we do not touch replica watches at all.

Does a new mainspring need to be replaced in a mechanical watch every time you service it?

No, it’s not necessary, it helps the watch run strong but the old mainspring can be stretched properly and serve its purpose as it was new.
