For sale is a circa 1960s vintage Eterna-Matic KonTiki automatic wristwatch fitted with a Gay Frères stainless steel bracelet. The watch is 100% original, working properly, keeping accurate time, and is backed by a 1-year warranty through our shop.
The movement is functioning properly with no known issues. The watch shows significant cosmetic wear, as expected for a vintage, pre-owned timepiece. There are scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the case and bracelet. The dial displays visible signs of age and patina. The bracelet has noticeable stretch and feels flimsy. The acrylic crystal has surface scuffs.
Note: Due to the watch’s age, this watch should not be exposed to water.
Case Specs & Sizing: Approximately 37mm in diameter, 45mm from lug tip to lug tip, 18mm in lug width, and 10.7mm in case thickness. The bracelet will fit up to a 7-inch wrist maximum.
Features: Stainless steel case and bracelet, signed crown, acrylic crystal, screw-back case, seconds hand, and a cal. 1414U automatic movement with 17 jewels.
