For sale is a pre-owned men’s Cartier Ballon Bleu 42mm, model number 3001/W69012Z4. It comes as watch only, with no original box or papers, so the exact year is unknown; it could be from anywhere during 2007–2021. The watch is 100% original inside and out, with the full amount of bracelet links. The watch was serviced by us 12/2025, and it’s working perfectly and keeping accurate timing. The watch was also polished in the past but still has slight surface scratches and scuffs, and minor dents on the case and bezel that are still visible even after the watch has been polished. Despite all the cosmetic imperfections, the watch does not have any broken or missing parts.
Note: The case back has a custom engraving from the previous owner, so please refer to photos for reference.
Features include a stainless steel case and bracelet, blued hands, guilloche Roman dial, screw back case, sapphire crystal, quickset date, double-locking fold-over clasp, 3ATM splash resistance (though it’s not recommended to submerge this watch in water), and a Cartier Calibre 049 automatic movement with 21 jewels. Case specs: 42mm case diameter, 20mm lug/bracelet width, 13mm case thickness, and 44mm distance from lug tip to lug tip. The bracelet will fit up to a 7.75-inch wrist.
