For sale is a 1997 Rolex Air-King 34mm, model/reference number 14010. It comes as watch only. The serial number on this watch is U******, which is how we know it dates to 1997. The bracelet clasp code is stamped U10, which dates to 1998 – meaning the bracelet is period-correct and matches the watch. The bracelet will fit up to a 6.5-inch wrist.
We serviced this watch in-house in 02/2026 as part of a routine preventative overhaul; it was not broken and did not require any repairs. During the service, we fully disassembled the movement, cleaned it, properly oiled it, reassembled it, and then timed and adjusted it to ensure it’s running as it should. It is currently running very well, keeping accurate time, and functioning exactly as it should with no issues. This watch comes with a 1-year warranty through our shop.
The watch has been professionally polished and cleaned; however, light imperfections such as scratches and scuffs are still noticeable on the case and bracelet. The sapphire crystal has some light scuffs, which can give the illusion that the dial and hands have spots; however, the dial and hands are actually in excellent condition. The luminous plots on the dial no longer glow well.
Sizing: 34mm case diameter, 42.1mm lug-to-lug, 19mm lug width, and 11.2mm case thickness.
