Estimates are always free.

Yes, we do not charge more if a watch is more valuable.
Do you work on clocks?
We no longer work on clocks.
Can you give an estimate or value evaluation over the phone?
No, we must see the item in person.
Do you work on Rolex?
Yes, we work on all Rolex models. (See Services, for more info)
Do you sell watches in shop?
Yes, we sell watches in our store and online, vintage, new and modern pre-owned.
How often should I service my watch?
Most watches need to be serviced every 3-5 years depending on how much it is used. Newer models may not need service but at 10 year intervals.
What is your typical turnaround time on average?
Some small repairs are done on the spot. Service and restorations take 7-14 days for walk-in clients and 1-4 weeks for jobs mailed in.
Do you buy watches?
Yes, but only certain watches.
Do you make house calls?
We no longer do house calls for clocks.
Do you repair jewelry?
No, we do not, however, we can refer you to a reputable jeweler.
Do you repair replica watches?
No, we do not.
Does a new mainspring need to be replaced in a mechanical watch every time you service it?
No, it’s not necessary, but it helps the watch run stronger if we replace it.
