For sale is a pre-owned 2023 unisex Vacheron Constantin Historiques American 1921 18k Rose Gold manual wind wristwatch, model/reference number 1100S/000R-B340. The watch comes on its original brown leather two-piece strap and includes the original inner box with dust bag, outer box, papers (warranty card), instruction booklet, and hangtag – as shown in the photos.
The Vacheron Constantin Historiques American 1921 is a modern take on the brand’s original 1920s driver’s watch made for the American market. It’s best known for the angled dial design, which lets you read the time easily while driving, along with the unique crown placement between 1 and 2 o’clock. The cushion-shaped 18k rose gold case and bold Arabic numerals give it a strong Art Deco look, while still wearing clean and elegant on the wrist.
The watch shows fine surface scuffs throughout the case, along with light scuffs on the buckle. The original brown leather two-piece strap is noticeably worn, as shown in the photos, and has some memory when resting. Overall, it remains in honest pre-owned condition. The top of the inner box has some imperfections like very minor chips (also shown in photos).
The case measures 36.5mm x 36.5mm, with an 18mm lug width and 7.4mm case thickness.
