Paul’s Watch Repair Disclaimer

We maintain the right to deny service to any individual. Prices may change with or without prior notice. Any items left in our store for more than 30 days will be considered abandoned and sold at auction. No compensation will be provided to the owner. Discounts on repairs are granted solely at our discretion and are never obligatory, regardless of the amount of work involved. New clients must pay for repairs before their items are returned. A 50% deposit is required from new clients before we begin work on any repairs exceeding $500. The minimum hourly rate is set at $150.

Due to the numerous variables associated with watches, our price list serves only as an estimate and is not binding for either party. Prices may fluctuate and could be quoted lower or higher than the price list once we examine the timepiece in person. We recognize that some timepieces may not justify repairs when compared to current market values; however, we must charge for our expertise, time, and parts. Most repairs include a one-year warranty unless stated otherwise beforehand. Estimates are typically provided immediately for walk-in customers. Mail-in repairs may take up to three days from the time they arrive at our shop for an estimate. All estimates are complimentary and come with no obligation. For mail-in repairs, return shipping costs will be added regardless of whether the work is accepted or declined.
