For sale is a circa 1950s Gruen Precision Automatic 14k Yellow Gold vintage wristwatch, model/reference number 480SS-769. This watch was recently serviced by us in-house in July 2026 as part of a routine preventive overhaul. During the service, the movement was fully disassembled, cleaned, oiled, timed, and adjusted for accuracy. The watch is 100% authentic, runs and functions well, and comes backed by our 1-year warranty.
The watch is fitted on a 18mm blue two-piece leather band.
Sizing: The case measures approximately 31.5mm in diameter, 18mm between the lugs, 11.9mm thick, and 38.7mm from lug tip to lug tip.
Condition: The watch has a refinished dial, which appears to be slightly off-center. The case and bezel have scratches and scuff marks consistent with a vintage pre-owned wristwatch. The acrylic crystal has some light scuffs, and the hands also show light signs of wear also.
