For sale is a men’s vintage 1975 Omega Automatic Day-Date, reference 166.0174. The watch is signed in five places: the original plastic crystal, crown, pie-pan dial, case back, and clasp. It’s running well, functioning as it should, and comes with a 1-year warranty through our store.

The watch has a 39-million serial number, which is how we date it to 1975. It does not have the original box or papers; it comes exactly as pictured.

Condition: This is a vintage, pre-owned watch, so it does show signs of wear and age. The case has a few scuffs and minor dings, and the bracelet has some scuffs as well. The plastic crystal has quite a few scratches and scuffs, as you can see in the photos. We left it as-is because it’s original and signed, although the logo is very hard to see. The dial and hands are in good shape. The scratches on the crystal make them look a bit worse in the photos than they actually are. Overall the watch is a good example and is ready to be worn.

Sizing: The case measures approximately 36mm in diameter, 43.6mm from lug tip to lug tip, and 12mm thick. The bracelet measures 22mm wide at its widest link and will fit up to an 8.25-inch wrist.
