Description
For sale is a mens vintage Swiss made circa early 1970’s Tradition automatic wristwatch with date. The watch features a tonneau shaped stainless steel case, screw in back, original thick acrylic crystal, center seconds hand, bidirectional rotating bezel, original matte black dial, new black leather strap made by ZRC in France, and a caliber AS 1902/03 movement with 17 jewels. The watch measures 37 mm in diameter without the crown, by 46 mm lug tip to tip, case thickness of 13 mm and lug width of 19 mm.
The watch was serviced by us in our shop last year but not used or sold since. It is working perfect and keeps time within a few seconds per day. The bezel has scratches. It is a bakelite bezel which can be polished to look like new but we left it alone to be original. A bit of the paint is missing around the “25” marker. The case has scratches. The strap is new. The watch is no longer to be used under water, we do not test vintage watches for water resistance although we seal them as much as possible after service. The crystal is original and was polished to look like new. The case was never polished.
Free shipping in the USA. Shipping outside of the USA is $25.
