Description
For sale is a mens vintage 1978 Swiss made Tudor Automatic Chronograph wristwatch with date. It is one of the earlier models available anywhere for sale at the moment. The model number is 9420/0. The watch features a round stainless steel 40 mm case with screw in back, screw in crown, screw in chronograph pushers, acrylic crystal, bakelite bezel, original dial and hands, and a base caliber 7750 movement (Tudor modified). The watch runs great and keeps excellent time. It will come with a full one year warranty directly through our shop. There is some wear from the bracelet rubbing against the case between both lugs. The case back has one tiny dent/ding on the edge. Approximately four lume plots on the dial have flaked. One of the hands has some lume flaked off. The bezel and insert have lots of tiny dings, scratches and fading. Overall condition is very good for this model. The watch was serviced by Rolex a few years back. Free shipping in the USA.
