The watch features a round stainless steel case, press in back, original signed crown, bi-directional rotating bezel, date function, acrylic crystal, small seconds hand, timing registers to 30 minutes, and 12 hours, non Breitling leather strap, Breitling steel buckle, and a caliber 7740 movement with 17 jewels. The watch measures 41 mm in diameter without the crown, by 48 mm lug tip to tip, has a lug width of 22 mm, and a case thickness of 14.5 mm. The watch is in good running order and it keeps good time. The chronograph functions properly as it should. The dial has aged as is visible in the photos. It has some stains, fine scratches, and other minor flaws. The case has some fine surface scuffs.
