For sale is a mens vintage 1965 Swiss made mens Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust Automatic chronometer wristwatch with date. The reference model number is 1603. The watch is the earlier older version of the 1603, but we serviced it in our shop and it runs good and keeps good time. The hands were at some point relumed because the lume in the hands is a bright green when the dial plots have darkened. The dial has some stains especially toward the center caused by the old lume (very common in this model this is why similar early models have stains toward the center of the dial and refinished hands). The case has some corrosion stains/minor pitting mainly in between the lugs and some on the edge of the case interior. Overall the watch looks great and for its age is in good condition.
